Lots of room for improvement: Didn't record the other people in meetings! That was MOST important!!! Recording Audio started automatically and I couldn't stop. Had to end meeting with client. Secondary (useless) window appeared with no option to close. Couldn't remove toolbox -- no option to close. (And it was in the way of my client meeting.) Flonnect logo glitching in my gmail. No answer to my chat support questions.

I am not happy i cannot get my cam larger than small - either too large or too small. Before I had the option to increase the cam so i can use my sign language but this small one cannot see my hands or my arms
